Each box contains 96 berry-purple tablets. Chew one after brushing, swish for up to 30 seconds, spit, and follow the purple path with your toothbrush until the tint is gone.
Heads up: the tint is vivid by design. Temporary staining can occur, and it's best to rinse the sink right after use. Use according to the manufacturer's directions.

Directions
Brush and floss teeth as usual. Chew and swish one tablet in your mouth for up to 30 seconds and spit it out. Look in the mirror for any purple stains; these will indicate where plaque is hiding. Follow the purple path with your toothbrush until the tint fully disappears. Show your squeaky clean smile!
